Ingredients ----------- - 1/4 cup cornstarch/flour mix - Garlic salt - Dried dill - Cajun seasoning - 4 tilapia fillets - Vegetable oil for frying - 1 jalepeno pepper - 1/2 yellow onion Cut jalepeno pepper into ringlets and onion into thin wedges/slices. Coat the tilapia fillets in cornstarch/flour mix. Season both sides with garlic salt, dill, and Cajun seasoning. With _plenty_ of ventilation (turn on the fan and open the windows) fry fish for a few minutes until brown, add then jalepeno peppers and onion slices, and flip the fish over and fry until done.
